Welcome to Edmonds Heights!  Edmonds Heights K-12 is an Alternative Learning Experience (ALE) school in the Edmonds School District, and we have students ranging from kindergarten all the way up to high school seniors. We are a family partnership program, which means that our school staff works closely with family educators to plan an individualized learning experience for each child. Students' learning plans include a combination of home-based instruction, teacher-led instruction, and enrichment workshops. Edmonds Heights has a dedicated staff of 20+ teachers, several workshop teachers, and an incredible support staff.  Our goal is to work with each family to create a learning plan that meets all state education requirements and is one in which  their child will thrive.  We actively work to combine the expertise and passion for learning of both families and our certificated and workshop teachers in order to positively impact student learning.

As principal, my role is to work alongside families and staff so that the school can grow and thrive.  I believe that families are the first educators for their children; schools and students thrive when there is a strong family partnership.  I hold high expectations for myself, my colleagues, and my community because it's our job to do all that we can so that the children who are placed in our care will thrive and grow into their best and fullest selves possible.
